Except, if P&F loose then they are most likely liable for damages for loss of sales... which they were getting royalties for from Stardock anyway. This is so messed up, they could most certainly be sued for liable. - Besmirching the Brand of Stardock causing loss of money From what I hear, Stardock is not going full on with their lawyers. Hmm, I'd hope to see them release a standalone on the back of Stardock's engine, to be published by Stardock. But I'm sure for reasons of personal or business, this has already been discussed and shot down (most likely a non-compete from Activision).

Although I have not set up a discord server myself, I've put together websites and forums and such in the past so I doubt it's beyond me. If I was considered for this role I would do the reaserch to make sure I was prepared. As comunity manager, I've had public facing jobs before and take a personal interest in developer comunity relations, to the point I could wax lyrical about the ups and downs of Star Citizen's comunity management.
