Rally Points? in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

Alright, I was just reading over the manual, and noticed that Rally Points weren't mentioned (how to make them or use them, at least.) I get the main jist of it.. You make a spot a rally point, and ships go there. Pretty self explainatory... Here is my question, though... How do I create them, what are the limitations to making them, and where are all the cookies?

Alright, I recently decided i'd purchase the game, and much to my dismay, I hit the paypal payment screen where it asks me to either put in a paypal account, or use secure payment methods (without making an account). I choose the latter, finish it up, and it tells me to 'confirm' the information by entering it all over again. I do so, after another strenuous minute, and once more... 'confirm the information by entering it again'. It goes on and on, i'm unable to purchase this game due

Uh, I recently came to the end of my demo, and it said that i'd have to purchase the retail to play a full game. Does this mean that all the turns and time I just spent are USELESS, and I can't continue them even after I get the full game? And all my ship models are GONE?
