It might be a PITA, but couldn't you locate your save game folder or profile and copy/paste it to another directory for backup? This is how I save most of my games when I reformat my PC or play one game on different computers. Just a thought.

I had a great moment last night against the AI about 3 hours into my "Go Big" campaign. I was TEC and was defending a planet on the edge of my possessed space with about 5 cap ships. I had just decided things were relatively quiet enough to send them two skips over to take an asteroid in order to bump up my metal production. Of course, right on cue, right after the first jump, the Advent sent an attach force to that planet I had been defending, so I had my fleet do a u-turn and go back. By the t
And I was listening to Sirius radio online (channel 33), checking out my achievements and wouldn't you know it, Barbers Adagio for Strings by William Orbit comes on. Talk about synergy! I may just install that Homeworld sound pack yet.. Only took me 4 hours this time, with no pirates (the second offline match option) and I had a heck of a fleet in the end. For instance, I tend to ze
I agree, this would beef up the single player component quite well. As it is, the current end-game is somewhat lackluster imho. Cheers~
Explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate. I'm not sure what you're referring to with "limited content", but this game seems to deliver on 4x in spades. Just my opinion mind you. Cheers~
I just finished my first single player game, the very first "campaign" option, and it took me a little over 9 hours, mostly because I learned how to play as I went along, and also because I was very methodical about how I waged my war. (I did all four tutorials first, and they helped a lot. I think I only cracked the manual a couple of times during this first game.) Nine hours well spent, if you ask me (day off today lol), although the end game leaves something to be desired. If you are expectin
