The pirate fleets that I encounter are no where near that kind of strength. Whenever I fight the pirates they usually are somewhat easy.

Being able to download the game probably makes it a lot easier for the military to recieve the game too. Keep doing an awesome job guys. I love how Stardock listens closely to its fans and actually tweaks the game according to our opinions. A company that stays true to their customers is extremely important and appreciated.

When you click on the military starbase, there will be a circular blue area. All of your ships within that area will recieve the bonuses that your starbase provides. You don't have to stack the ships, just stay in that blue area.
