thanks for the tip. I installed the latest driver, but the problem is still there.

Unable to start game in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I can't get to the main game. Whenever I start a game the program let's me make all the necessary choices, but instead of starting the game, it just stops and sends me back to the desktop. The same thing happens, if I click on the options button.
