Game Minimizing to desktop in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I've got this really annoying problem while playing GC2. The game keeps minimizing to desktop all the time, I'm able to restore the game but after all from 1 to 20 seconds the game minimizes again. How can I solve this?
