Can't save ship designs in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Seems to happen with some regularity, and only affects "small" and "tiny" hulls. Can use the design module, but can't save. Also can't upgrade (attempt results in a crash). Restart often fixes the problem. Is there a fix?

I've run into the "won't let me save a ship design" bug, myself. Happens on about 1/3 of launches. Reload usually fixes the problem.
