Thanks, the link worked. Stardock/Paradox (the publisher) could have been a tad bit more descriptive in telling people in Europe this. This is very poor form. No mention of this whatsoever in the documentation with the game, nice move. Great way to annoy customers...

"Error 12: Invalid Collectors Edition Serial Number" in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I just got Galactic Civ 2 delivered from Amazon (UK), when installing it gives no complaints whatsoever about the serial. But when I enter the collectors edition serial on the downloads section it gives me the error "Error 12: Invalid Collectors Edition Serial Number". I'm most definitely inputting it correctly. What could be wrong?
