Reply to Diplomacy: How can I make demands? in Diplomacy GalCiv2 Forums

That was one of the big problems I had with GalCIV is that I has a terror star parked next to a star and said surrender and the AI would give some answer like I dont see you as a threat. Well that is what the last 7 star systems said *ZAP*! Just would be nice if AI actually took things like that into consideration.
