do not build a factory on it in the beginning of the game unless you want to see your economy ruined by the excess bc allocated to spending in the beginning. I don't agree with this. Making use of that precursor mine can catapult you to an amazing start.

I'm with Inept, PC-Cillin's "phishing protection" is questionable at best.

its kind of a pain to have to load all those people onto the transports, since I have to make them from planets with enough population to spare, AND fast military production, AND I can't make too many on any one planet because of the aforementioned population You don't have the load the transport with
