Sometimes can't form fleets in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Sometimes the game won't let me form fleets even though there are ample logistic points. Once it formed empy squares with zeroes undedneth them where the logitic number should be. Afterwards there were little squares on the grid where that happened. There have two or three other times where I couldn't form fleets, but no empty boxex or sqaures - clearly a bug.

I can't get the game to let me build ships I have the tech for, but the other civs build them and thus cream me. Thus I have a similar problem. M

I don't get new ships afte I research new techs in Research GalCiv2 Forums

Even after I've researched all the techs needed for a new ship I still get a message that I need a tech I already have before I can build the ship. The other civilizations have no trouble building these ships and I eventually get creamed. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? M

Can't build acquired ships in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I get the tech requirements for new ships, but they don't show up in the build ships line. The research tree keeps saying I need techs that I alrerady have. What's wrong? M
