Serial Number Swap for Paradox(Europe) in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I bought the European version of Galactic Civ II and am trying to download the update. I follow the links to the Serial number swap for Paradox(Europe) page and enter the Collectors Edition Code begining with GC2- along with my e-mail address, but when I submit the information a message appears saying "The serial number I have entered does not match and data that is in our system. Please verify that you typed it in correctly." I have verified the code several time, but without any luc
