Windows xp, 64 bit in War of Magic Elemental Forums

I was all set to order this through impulse, since I not sure where to get it on the 24th, but after looking at the requirments im not sure if it will work on a machine running the 64bit version of windows xp. I think there is a way to have this version run in 32 bit mode. though off hand not sure how to do it:) Before I lay out 75 bucks does anybody know for sure that it runs on this version of windows? Battle Screen in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Im sure I just missing something obvious but when your ships enter battle I was under the impression that you were supposed to see a little "movie" where you could watch the action. I had my ships attack last night several times just so I could check this out but aside from the flashes on the screen and having some ships damaged I never saw this battle screen. So what am I doing wrong, is there a button I am missing or an option I need to have set up?
