Lucky guys! Right now I'm playing the game in total silence. Never had a problem with any game before, and hope it will be fixed when I re-install my hard copy CD on arrival.

No Sound in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

After downloading, the game boots up great and runs well. I have no sound or tutorials. I have the CD coming, so I'll assume those issues will be addressed with the re-install. Otherwise, no problems at all with all systems running smoothly.
