No sound effects on vista x64 in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Both DL e DA update today to most recent versions, all stuff download (yes I have multimedia pack) but when I run the game I have no sound effects, but music works. Any Idea? The link posted in this threed to get the Collector Edition stuff doesn't work using Opera Browser. I get ever New Registration Form. No problem with IE.
