I have that unchecked but it still pops up when I put my mouse over it.

Is it possible to have the tabbed dock only slide out when I click on a tab? It gets sort of annoying whenever I have my mouse towards the bottom of the screen because the dock will alwasy slide open. Thanks in advance.
