Hi, a while ago I installed IP, and now it comes to the time where I don't need it so I'm uninstalling it. My problem is that where IP can restore most of my icons to their defaults, a few (including Set program access and defaults, WAVE, WMA and some others) are left with the default unrecognised file icons. I have done what you're supposed to, I've tried with the Tools menu (and cleared caches too), and I've tried with the "Windows Default Icons" package. On the start

Why the heck does half+ of the Internet use RAR archives??? What happened to good old ZIP? RAR doesn't have a much better compression...

Hi! For a while now I've been having a rundll32 error every time I shut down my PC. I think the error is about rundll32 not being able to initialise because the workstation is shutting down. It flashes away quite quickly. I am not sure, but I think that the error has been there ever since I installed WB. I can't reinstall it right now because everything is running so well. Is there any other way besides reinstalling SD products to find out what the error is appeari

Stardock have nothing against criticism. What they don't like however is unreasonable rampage. You've come onto the forums with a point that you can't back up well, and you've ignored anything anybody has said that proves a reasonable point. Perhaps you should think before posting, why post if you aren't going to take notice of replies. And yes, as stated before you're not here to find a reason to subscribe, you already know the answer. You're just looking to stir up h

Well, I really like Keyboard Launchpad, it's really helpful, I can control my ObjectMedia player from inside a game which is extremely good. But I know some things it doesn't perform well at. - Better support for CD Drives. It can eject the CD drive but it can't retract it. Also, it needs to support more than one drive. I can only eject the bottom drive ( D: ) but Launchpad won't do anything with E:. - You also need to think about more actions, they are quite limited and not e

Yes, all of OD... Well, it would be nice to see Virtual Desktops work. Also, IP (not the beta release) because when I hit apply it vanishes. Alongside this DX stopped working last night/this morning.

I like Stardock, but I must agree that they are a little slow when it comes to replying to emails. They do need to fix a few things, lots of their software that I am paying for with my OD subscription doesn't support XP64 - therefore I can't use it all right now (it's annoying and its not my only problem). I am no "fanboy" but I do agree that when their software works it is great.

Hi, I recently renewed my OD subscription. I have also purchased the Liquidox theme set. I like the iconpackager set but I'm not sure it's applying the icons correctly. After clicking load, then clicking Apply, the program just disapears. In Control panel I know it hasn't applied all the icons because in the Icon Preview area I have seen more of them that aren't in Control Panel (such as the Mouse icon). What is wrong??? (im on XP64)

I pay for a subscription to ObjectDesktop, I rarely have a problem but if I do I can email stardock support and I can join Stardock's IRC chat. Either way I can usually get it fixed quite quickly. I don't have a WinCustomize subscription simple because I can't afford it. It doesn't stop me from using the software LEGALLY. I think it's only fair to pay for the software because Stardock's efforts are great, and they deserve every penny (or... cent?) <a href="https://www.stardock.com/pr

Similar problem here, I'm on XP Pro x64 though... I have followed that guide in the link, still errors...

I'm having the same problem with what seems any DX Widgets now. Right after trying to change a theme to view a widget properly. I'm on xp64, and I've tried suggestions from other forums but none seem to work.

Don't be fooled by the name! I'm not evil OK, first there is no larger business powering me, and there is no other funding. Right, Terms and Conditions, I'm working on them now. Thank's for the suggestions, keep them coming. (Jafo: There is no 'catch') <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" bord
