Stupid Noob Question regarding Transparency in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Very first post using Stardock Central and recently started using WB for the first time in about 2 and a bit years... Anyways, just wondering what is the situation with transparency and Window Blinds. I notice that the likes of the Caprice theme, as "WrightStuff" has suggested on this forum, has transparency features. Basically my question is this..
