Yea, I had to manually remove it from my startup registry and now I don't know how to put it back, lol. As for the tray icon, I turned hide inactive tray icons on (usually I have it off) and just set it up so the only thing it hides is the WindowFX icon.

In the newest version of WindowFX you can't check/uncheck anything in the System Settings tab. This means that you can't keep it from loading on startup and you can't disable the tray icon.
