Only thing I can think of is try installing an ASPI layer on your drive. Check if DMA is on. If you have 2 drives switch master as slave and slave as master. If nothing works, lauch em spyware scanners, get 5 or 6.

I like the service pack mostly because it cuts down on shutdown time with a usb keyboard, much better then before. The Screensavers said it is much better to get a router with an intergrated firewall then get any Software Firewall.

Yeah, the future case doesnt look like it has much air flow. Il stick with my Thermaltake Tsunami case For any project I reccomend a fan controller, its a must have [Message Edited]

On Paul's site they say: code-named Blackcomb, will likely ship two to three years after Longhorn. By then the bugs might be fixed that show up in Xp sp2 lol.

This may be little far fetched but just for kicks create another acount on your machine and test it on that one. If that doesnt work the only other things i would check - if is there is a driver error in system manager. - Update your firmware. - Check VBrun files might be out of date, who knows...

Havent tested that yet. Ive had problems with wba downloads before sp2 though, had to do a save target as extract etc etc.
