There has to be something better they can do with their time? Can't they put all that effort into helping people in LA and now TX? Like DocX said, it's always going to happen, so why not embrace it? I'm a musician, and from my point of view I'd rather have a 15 year old download a couple songs or a concert of my band, then decide he loves it and goes out and buys all our CD's and attends all the shows he can! I was wondering if the scroll button was more like how the iPod selector works, that would be something worth condsidering, I think. Oh yeah, and I use the Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 4.0 at work (wired) and the wireless version at home, love them both. Wireless Duracell batteries have lasted for about 4 or 5 months now, and I use the machine a lot.
