As a boy in Colorado There was always snow on the ground below 6000 ft. It always snowed on Halloween a foot or more. It was common to see several snow falls of 6" or more. Over the last 30 years I have seen less snow and more water shortages. this year we have had 2 snow storm which left snow on the ground below 6000 feet, and they melted off the same day. Is it Globel warming or simply mother nature? Maybe we should find out before water costs $10.00 a glass, not after. crash10
