What I feel it comes down to is not as many people are making suites as there should be. If more people would work together on an idea and then upload it labeled as a team project then it would avoid this problem. To make it a try community takes help from others. If you skin windowblinds and make wallpapers only then why not announce that you are looking for some help on making a suite.
