Success! I did what you said, the first time I got this message "The url is no longer valid". But,Thanks to the treat effort made by FELINE I tried it again and the message I got was, you are not "Wincustomize Level 4" Although the profile in my account still reads Level 3. I recently subscribed to WC and downloaded the Browser at that time I was at Level 3 but according to what I read on this site I should be at level 4. My issue with Logon Studio has been solved, I contacted support and they did get back to me in fact is was angie who found the problem. It was just a little adjustment in style mode of the Studio edit site, when you create a logon or even modify one using this edit feature, there is a setting called style, it can be set to 0-tiled to 6=stretched, the one it should be set to is 6, I changed the setting and had absolutely no problems since. I am a happy camper again...I hope you find this info

I have been having pretty much the same problems, I have put a message on her yesterday, if you go down to the next logon studio problem, it will be me, and nobody as given me help.
