EltonFan - Not true with regards to the legality of running this software. I subscribe to TechNet and even if I did not, this is a "Public Beta Release", available through Microsoft. Once you have signed in, they ship you a valid product key and expect you to use it.

I've downloaded both Office Pro Plus 2007 & Vista Beta (4358). I'm impressed with Office thus far - a number of very usable features and so far, nothing I've not been able to open/view/save from prior versions of Office (2003). Vista on the other hand is simply too Beta at this point for me to be able to perform serious testing. Most of my apps will not work. Either they won't install or once installed, won't work.
