I'm not going to even mention my religous position on the subject. I will say this. Two years ago I was involved in a protest attempting to stop construction of an expressway through a valley. The valley has a number of old native village sites and native burial sites within it. Some aboriginal indians from a local reservation came and lit a 'sacred fire' in the valley as a form of protest. Now I'm not native, but this fire was like a spiritual doorway
