I had my 360 for just about a year. The thing had been flaky from day one. About once in every 10 or so power ups I'd get some weird E74 error. Another 1 in 5 it wouldn't do anything at all. I have dual Samsung SyncMaster 213T monitors (one in potrait) attached to my Dell Latitude D800 laptop w/NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200 Display adapter.
