Okay. Please check out this picture at the link http://members.rogers.com/deamaed/alienware.jpg Do you notice how large the icons are on the right side of hte start menu. they are much fairly large.

Yes, but the large or small icons does not seem to affect the RIGHT side of the start panel icon size, neither the start panel large icon size, or the effects large icon size &#115election.

Ah, I misread what you said. The alienware theme install does not come with iconpackager. Without that, how woudl one do such a thing? Either way, I have changed my desktop and folder icons using the "Advanced" setting in display properties, and while the left side of the start panel and the folder icons increase in size, the left side does now.

Yes I am. I don't think any other windows has the "right side" of the start panel.

I tried changing that, and it did nto change the icon size on the right side of the start panel.

I downloaded and installed the Alienware GUI theme manager, but cannot get the right side start menu icons to be as large as the ones they have on their sample pictures. Any suggestions? I can get the left side icons larger though advanced properties...but not the right side.

I am slightly confused as to why, for example, logons and bootskins are downloaded as .zip files with various files in them, when the programs that this site recommends to use to install them requires a different format? I discovered that copying the zipped folder contents into the programs directory allows access, but why is is so complicated? For example, with DogmaX bootskin, I use bootskin to load, but it asks for a .bootskin file. However, the zip contains a .bmp and a bootskin.ini fil
