An easier to visualize comparison would be to create twelve stacks of books. That reach from the Earth to the Sun. That's how much data we're talking about here. Oh yeah, I stack stuff from here to the sun all the time! Actually, there are quite a few games that use SM3.0...oddly enough Lego Star Wars being one of those. Patched Far Cry uses it, HL2 will be using it when it releases its HDR pack (SM3.0 is required to get those fancy "bloom" effects, but you can cheat and get something that gives you the gist of it on SM2.0). Wait: "Microsoft will enable support for DX 9 or lower games through a software layer, meaning it might run slower." Then why would I want it? Does MS think that I upgrade and abandon games? They'd be increadibly stupid to think people never play old games.

maybe someone can explain this to me, but why is putting a no cd crack onto a game YOU OWN wrong? I understand why they come about (piracy), but some people are like me and hate swapping CDs so often. If I own the game, and I put a no cd crack on to avoid frequent swapping, should I feel quilty in some way?

I lost my icons for icon packager made by Carlitus, I really want to find the Noia Natural. I've done a search on the web and can't find them, and Carlitus' web site is down. Why were they removed from this site (where I originally downloaded them)? If anyone knows where I can get this set (or any other noia set, save the original), please reply! Thanks in advance.
