I too have this problem! I started to notice it more after playing a Direct3D game. I don't know if that makes any difference or not, but I have the game to run at 800x600 and my desktop is at 1280x1024 (both 32 bit color).
The problem I had with menu items getting lost in the transparency came back today. I'm not sure what caused it. It could have something to do w/ Direct3D though. I've been playing Need for Speed Most Wanted quite a bit lately. I tried switching skins then back to Dogmax4 w/ the transparent frame around the window and it didn't help at all. Does anyone else have a problem w/ clicking somewhere to make a menu come up and then have it get
I just turned off the transparency in Trillian and the problem w/ part of it getting blocked behind another window where I can't see part of it has gone away. So it's definately a problem w/ transparency in WB 5. I thought they would have caught that before it went gold? Edit: The name of the skin I'm using is Aura. Edit 2: I just tried 5imple Alpha and it seems to be alright. So it must be a problem w/ the Aura skin.
Has anyone else been having issues w/ the transparent menus on some of the skins? When I click on a menu that drops down far enough for it to cover up another window that is part of the same program (as w/ Photoshop when I click on a menu and have it go over where the image window is), it will look like it's going behind that window (usually around the title bar). I can't see what part of the menu says because of this! I think it has something to do
I keep seeing stuff they added to WB5, but what about something they might have taken out? I haven't been able to find out how to get my console windows skinned again.

I just wish it would do something like winamp and extract the files to a temp folder when they are used.
I wish WindowBlinds would load skins from a zip or other compressed file instead of having to extract all of the files from archive to a folder in \WindowBlinds

I have been using ICQ for about 5 or 6 years now. My ICQ number is less than 1 million, just to show you how long I have been using it.
