I have no idea why this happens, but ever since Stardock added translucent title bars to their WindowsBlinds software I've had problems with sliding windows. I've tried dozens and dozens of different skins, and about 95% cause this shifting to the right when I restore a program window. For example, if I minimize Firefox and then open it again -- the window slides to the right. The more I minimize and restore the program, the more it slides to the right -- until it's right off the screen.
I started having the same problem yesterday and couldn't see how to fix it except uninstall / re-install StarDock Central. I ran across your post Ugleb and Bromoser's trick worked like a charm. All is right in my world again too, thanks! ;) ~SDC~
