This is an update -- everything is working fine, now. It looks like v3.10.102 of IP was posted, and the download works fine! Probably just being impatient and caught them in the middle of posting the update.

I'm having the same problem. It looks like it might have happened when I updated to the latest version of SDC (v2.21[b].162, build 104). Is it possible that the upgrade to SDC is the culprit?
