Can anyone give me a skinning tutorial? I really need to up my user level.

If u have downloaded a theme and u havn't got WindowBlinds, Theme Manager won't be able to apply the theme. It's simply a shortcut to all the object desktop programs. (eg: WindowBlinds, Curser XP) U actully have to install the program. And if the programs ARE installed and u r using theme maneger to apply the themes, then u shoud use the actual program to apply the skin. <img src="http://images.stardock.co

I get that Windows Virtual Memory Too Low message lots to. It means that u have too many programs running, u have too many hardware devices connected to the computer, or, u have to unstall some software/hardware devices.

What is the easest way to get higher user levles? Apart from creating skins?
Another one, AVG (Anti Virus Grisoft) 6.0 FREE EDITION is one of the best anti virus systems! U can get it by going here- www.grisoft.com and if that dos'nt work, u can do a search on www.google.com for- 'AVG GRISOFT FREE EDITION'
Go for the google toolbar and u will never have pop-ups again!

I'm level 2! The error message says that The Libray is under service.
The Library has been down for almost a day now!! What's happend?
