You need to crack a skin open and see what the code looks like. Its based on xml and javascript. Rename the .wmz to .zip and look at the files inside(1 .wms, 1 .js and images). The .wms (xml) and .js (javascript duh ) can be edited in notepad or any other editor(I use Homesite cause when i click preview it launches the skin). You can test the skin by running the .wms.
