Still an issue with the latest RC build. Who is at fault though, is this something Panda should fix or Stardock. Does anyone know why this is happening.

I have tried to reapply the skin and get the same result. I have the 'loading' screen of the new skin, but still nothing happens. I have logged a call with Panda as it must be preventing something starting at bootup. It's version 4.96.003. If I load version 4 that doesn't seem to have the problem. Panda Internet Security doesn't like the new version for some reason.

I have just discovered a problem with WindowBlinds 5 BETA and the Panda 2006 Internet Security Suite. Windowblinds works fine each time the PC is rebooted before Panda is installed. When Panda software is installed Windowblinds is no longer able to skin the desktop on startup, I have to unload WindowBlinds and reload in order to get the program to work again. This is not a one off, it happens everytime I reboot. I suspect Panda is
