They shouldn't, unless you're using an extremely intricate theme or have a low-performance computer. WindowBlinds 3 is actually better-designed and should perform better than the built-in skinning capabilities of Windows XP, even if you're just using the original Luna theme included in XP.

Is anybody interested in making a Watercolor WB theme for XP? I love the theme that was originally supposed to be used in Whistler, but was replaced by the icky Luna in XP. WB came with a Watercolor theme preinstalled, but it does not include XP features. I'd be forever grateful...
Nope. That doesn't work either.
nope. i tried that too and it didn't work.
I already have that checked.
I'm using WindowBlinds 3.4 with WinXP and it has changed my icon text from being white with a shadow and transparent background to black with a blue background. It's ugly. Is there any way to change it back to a transparent text background?
I revise my question: anybody know of a good XP-compatible pseudo-OSX skin?
What is your favorite WindowBlinds XP skin (title and author, and why if you want)?
I think there's a setting in WB to not skin the taskbar or menus...
My desktop has an 160gig (it used to have an 80gig, which was within 4gigs of being full, but it went south) and my laptop has a 40gig, of which 24.8gb is free.
what's that supposed to mean?
Is deviantART down right now, or is it just my computer? I've been trying to get on all day and it's giving me a 404 error.
