Downloaded wallpapers dissappear in Animated Wallpapers WinCustomize Forums

I have bought DeskScapes and downloaded some wallpapers , but they dont appear so I can choose them when I open Stardock DeskScapes - Choose an animated desktop??? They work just after downloading has finished, but when I have downloaded a new one the old one disappear. Why??
