I am guessing Shmoopy has a wide screen monitor to fit that workspace. Somewhere I read that the more tools you have open in Microsoft word makes it slow down. Could this apply to PSP also? /me likes shortcut keys over toolbuttons

I should add that I don't have Photoshop. I have the trial 6.0 but most of it is disabled. It won't allow a save but is not on a time bomb. What works is great and I only wish I could afford Photoshop. I have Acrobat 5 and Pagemaker which I seldom use and would gladly trade both in a heartbeat for Photoshop.

After the tools in the new beta are aranged the way your use to, the program is the same as the old versions. It does have a Photoshop look but is no Photoshop. If I didn't have Paintshop I would buy the new version but the older version will do just as well.

I left a comment at the skin for a clarification but nada in the last couple days. The comment in itself doesn't bother me except it is a mystery that bothers me. I love a mystery and wanted more input to add to a solution.

You need to set up a cowpond skin. When the original skin is finished open the UIS file in notepad and copy/paste that into a new text. Change the name in the personality to Cowpond skin or whatever and save that as a .SSS file. Make a new blank text and put into it .. [Skinstyles] Number=2 [Skinstyle0] Name=Original UIS Skin=Original.UIS [Skinstyle1] Name=Cowpond Skin Skin=Cowpond Skin.SSS Save that as a .SSD file

I read at a font site that Windows could handle 10,000 fonts with no trouble. Is this true and if not what would be a good number of fonts to keep in the windows folder. When someone mentions putting shortcuts on their desktop they're really meaning into TabLaunchpad. Aren't they?

Thanks for the link. I downloaded that program last week from another thread. It did find more Xuipter stuff but when all was said and done I lost the search function in IE. I now have to use netscape if I want to search the web. The removal instructions at Xuipter does not remove everything. I have removed at least a dozen registry entries that had Xuipter in them and Active X controls plus everything on my pc that had Xuipter in it and still Spybot found more. I d

I am really jealous. I can't get any of the alpha to work. Each version gets worse for me. The e version won't connect to my email with outlook. All the versions lock up IE. The d version locked up explorer. I see a pattern here with IE and I suspect my IE is messed up from the Xuipter incident of 2002. Why Stardock got messed up with them I will never understand. I tried to reinstall IE but it won't let me. Would anyone know a solution to fix IE so I could see what everyone

Ratings are my life's thermometer. I base my entire self image around the ratings I receive. I know you're probably thinking, that is stupid. But think about it. If you can't succeed in the small things how can you succeed in the larger. Especially when a lot of effort is expended. God knows I spend an extrodinary amount of energy in these rating threads

In the event anyone sees the ratings Jafo posted and are scratching their head thinking this bottle blonde doesn't know what she is talking about, Let me share a behind the Sally mind set. When I upload a skin and it gets a 6 rating and I think that is not satisfactory; I delete the skin and re upload it under a new name. Trust me all my skins were a 6 at first.

The lubrication was not directed to the admins. BTW that was a true story about my last job. But back to this.. 5 10 2 5 1 Do I understand that 5 ppl rated this skin? If that is correct then doesn't it seem my point about the bias rating is evident by the 10 and the 1 rating.
