Uninstalled BootScreen & LogOn...

And since then, when I've needed to re-boot or turn on this machine, I'll get the last boot screen that I used and the last LogOn that I used... 3 out of 5 times my puter never gets past the boot screen when I start or re-boot, I need to hit the re-set button and click on Start Windows Normally... I've completly uninstalled SDC, Wincustomize, & OD through Add/Remove. There are still Registry Values associated with BootScreen and LogOn under the Wincustomize tree. Can I safely delete these in the registry without messing up my puter anymore?

did you set everything back to default prior to uninstalling?

all the StarDock products should have been uninstalled through SDC first, I think

Reinstall bootskin and logonstudio, set back to XP default in both then uninstall them again.
Then you can reinstall SDC WC and OD, or reinstall them first, bootskin and logonstudio are not part of or have anything related to these as far as install/uninstall.

Thanks Apprentice Cavan1, That did the trick... I should've know to do this... I've been into puters for quite a while... Sometimes we forget the most basic of moves...
Happy New Year to you
