Replacing Windows Explorer

I want to replace Windows Explorer! With Stardocks Objectdock, I'm reaching my goal closer and closer, anybody know anything that'll help?

AND

Can I have a menu come out a custom Objectdock icon? like a mini startmenu?

Help?

The ObjectDock Pro has a built in shortcut you can add for the Start Menu. Note though that it only contains just the programs list, and not other stuff like the control panel and links to my computer and such.
