I can't load suites

from WinCustomize Forums
I have downloaded all of the appropriate software but when I download a suite I can view it in the theme manager but when I click apply it only loads the VS aspect of the suite and most of the time it does nothing. I am using windows XP, someone please help me

can you load them using display properties? right click desktop, properties?

If so, open up SDC and download the ThemeManager. Then open ThemeManager from your Start Menu->All Programs->Object Desktop->ThemeManager. When you run ThemesManager, you start out with the "Suites" in the left-tree. Scroll down the middle to the suite you want. Highlight it and click "apply". It will ask you if you want anything downloaded if you do not have all the software. If you do have all the software required (Bootskin, LogonStudio, IconPackager, DesktopX...etc), you will get a prompt with an "Advanced" button. Click on the button and you can choose which parts of the suite you want. Personally, I never mess with the Display Properties themes and suites settings, as it seems to be the root of a lot of issues related in the support forums. Hope this helps you. Happy skinning!
