The people i think that help Wincustomize the most are....

The people i think that help wincustomize are....

Frogboy(of course): Because he's the one that actually tells us whats going on, gives us important news....etc...

T-Man, Jafo....and the rest of the moderators...: Because they help fix problems...and more of course.

Island Dog: Becuase every now and then he would tell us things that are going around the computer world and tells us about updates that we might use.

Apocalypse_67: Becuase he makes people encorage themselves when he introduces contests. (there also somebody else helping him but i forgot who so can you please tell me your name on this thread)

As for me the only thing (i think) i did good was to bring back commenting on skins.....cause during the summer, no body commented on each other's skins....like i said....(i think)

Well....tell me if i'm right or wrong about who is important here at wincustomize..

oh...yea, if there are people who think that they did something to help out wincustomize, just shout it out!!

Oh God, another group hug, back patting thread,,think Ill go and throw up.

I don't belive in these types of threads. I don't think they really promote everyone who contributes.

I'd say most help I've received was from T-Man. T-Man is a stand up type of guy. Awesome, helpful and quick as hell on the response.

JJ Ying, you're the best skinner on the net. IMHO. Mike Bryant is considered to be tied with you though IMHO. You two rock, I wouldn't bother downloading "initially" if it weren't for your works. You turned me on to purchasing ObjectDesktop and Subscribing. Thank you both

I was a young man once but I got over it and decided that the best thing to do was not grow up. The problem there was that nobody would co-operate with me on that so I decided to fool them into thinking that I grew up. Little did they knew the truth. Words of wisdom for you my boy.

Don't feel bad......there are so, so many, it'd be a days work in itself just to list them all.

.

Ditto in triplicate....Bash is trying in his own way to embrace the community and be a part of it.....he desreves some credit, if only for that. At least he's here trying to contribute, and not out on the street vandalising and/or terrorising others

We were all 14 at some point in our lives....so try taking a look back to how you felt when you were frowned upon, scorned and berated for just being a normal kid.

That's sad! But you still had to put in your 0.02c worth, just the same.....like there wasn't enough already making the poor kid feel bad

Sorry...but I'm a bit sick of the " he's just a kid routine "
And I don't believe in " suck up " posts. So bash..if thats the whole point then its not really gonna get you anywhere .

Your all so quick to jump ...oh the poor kid..well the poor kids parents dont want him here and he should be doing homework. None of you are helping by encouraging him to be here wasting time when he is not supposed to be here.

I put in those 2 cents worth to support his thread idea. Again, I said I don't believe in these types of threads. Didn't say he couldn't.

My thoughts exactally Fairyy~. Good to see another with common sense around here. But, watch opposing anyone around here, then you turn out to be me. Lol. Then again, being vocal has always been my trademark and an asset to other forums. Just takes a while to get used to.

Dont get me wrong..I like " fun and silly " posts. Nice to have a laugh once in awhile instead of the usual "puter" type posts. There are many people here that quietly help others without much fanfare. My point is..his parents do not want him here. He's probably supposed to be on the computer doing homework. This in itself is not a good situation. I raised 2 boys. I know what its like to be 14. So all of you that keep saying that..then you know a 14 year old needs guidelines.
As for being vocal..well..im not about to change my opinions just to suit the crowd. Regardless of any ....repercussions ..for use of a better word.

14 or 44, we're all site members, so it's not appropriate to be singling anyone out, derisively.

The younger amongst us may be rightly afforded more tolerance than the more mature who 'should' be setting them the example....

I know that feeling Fairyy~. You couldn't tell by my sometimes shrude comments on here (not to mean anything personal towards anyone) but I'm a father of 1. Poor little guy (8 month old) is sick and needs to go to the doctor tommorrow. He's my pride and enjoy besides the wife and WinCustomize.com .. I do agree though, guidelines for the young ones need to be implemented.

But also in Jafos defense, we're all members more or less... So I wouldn't spite him for it. I'd say if his parents don't want him on, they need to implement time restrictions better.

Now where's that lil piece from Plato...oh here it is...:

Also youngesters who treat mature people as they treat each other have the right to do that.
Which works both on the right and wrong side..

Probably not scorpio. I believe I stirred everyone up with some posts in un-related articles. But, I think it's all better now.

Not 'couldn't'.....but your opening sentences were less than encouraging/supportive, if not condemning. To me, that's hypocritcal coming from someone who professes to be helpful, community minded and supportive....and that was my point.

And I don't believe in " suck up " posts.

I don't see it as a suck job ( more trying to fit in, somehow)......and even IF it was a suck up, don't young uns do that to feel involved, wanted, needed and like they belong? Surely it's preferable that Bash sees people around here as his idols, heroes, peers, rather than thugs in a street gang, etc.

I don't know Bash's home situation or what his parents actually think, but regardless how they feel, it does not excuse anyone here being nasty or treating him with contempt.

Okay, so some are annoyed by his threads and 'silly' questions, but who here can say they never did at that age....and how many can say they never did sneaky stuff behind their parents backs? I know I did....so I won't cast the first or any other stone.
