Could you clarify the issue you're experiencing:

If you could refer to your primary as Machine A and your secondary as Machine B, what must be done to reproduce the issue and what specifically happens?

Also, if you open your Multiplicity directory, could you provide information on the "multiP.dll" file (ie size, date modified, etc)?

Mike,
I cant find a specific pattern to the issue. What happens is that on frequent occasions the secondary machine caps lock engages and cannot be turned off by the primary machine. If I turn it off then on the secondary machines keyboard it fixes the issue. I just hate having to dig that keyboard out of the rubble to do it.

multiP.dll file 24kb, modified 6-10-2005 - (Same on both machines)

Thank you!!!

I hadn't known this issue was already addressed in the latest version. It looks like you don't have the updated file (The file you have doesn't include that fix). A simple uninstall/reinstall should resolve your issue. Hope everything works!

Mike,
I removed MP from both systems and deleted the think desk folder. I then re-installed via SDC and rebooted.
The dll file is still the same size and date.
Also, the activation process for this application is really messed up. I went to the support site and requested my serials. MP will not register via SDC, however the number was accepted in the activation screen.
My configurations were still present on reinstall as well. I'm sure that is buried in the registry.
Will let you know if the original problem persists.

Try reinstalling the program from Stardock Central. Everything is updated now.

Mike,
This is perplexing.
I cannot register mp pro via SDC on Machine A. Nor does it show version 1.02.006 being available. I can update everything on Machine B though.

It showed an activation error over here. Try activating it again, I've fixed the error.

No luck at all. It simply will not register with SDC nor will it display the latest version.
I think we need to speak Mike. What is your email and I will send you my work contact information.

I don't see a 1.02.006 in SDC either.

I cannot begin to convey my dissatisfaction with this registration method. It is the second purchase of MP Pro and I have encountered issues with getting it registered/activated.
I'm sorry to say that even though I love the product, I will not authorize any more purchases of it for our organization unless this issue is resolved.
