"Encoded" WindowBlind Glitch

I have installed the "ENCODED" WindowBlind by Lasse Salling/Pixel Pirate, and I am very happy with it. There is only one problem well, actually two problems I have encountered so far. The Add/Remove programs display is missing the dialog on the left side by the Windows components icons and, if you click on these submenus, they are also missing dialog. I am new to this whole WB thing and am not yet savy enough to go in and edit the interface to try and fix it. Is there anyone out there with a solution to this? Or can someone give me a detailed description of how I would go about fixing these problems?

Thanks in advance,
dwire

Due to the mainly dark nature of the skin, the setting that governs that area of text has been changed to white. Its most likely needed in order to make text visible in other areas of the skins, which is unfortunate. Theres not really a quick solution to the problem, besides changing skins before adding/removing programs.

Thanks, I thought there might be a way around it, but I couldn't see how to change the text in just that screen alone; suspecting what you have mentioned. I fooled around with the interface some and just couldn't figure out how to do it... Guess I'm SOL.

Thanks,

Perhaps I am missing your point dwire but when I acess add/remove programs using control panel there is no problem at all. I see everything perfectly.

I had the same bug. To change the text color go to....miscellaneous/colors in the right tree it is Title bar text-Active. You can set the text to a darker grey without causing conflicts in other areas of the skin.

Thanks, NightTrain. I had hoped there was a fix for this. I learned alot about editing and tweaking other things in the process. I am an FNG with this skin stuff... Quite nice though I must say... Thanks once again!
