ERROR message in logonstudio need HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

When i try to make new logon screens i input image into main frame and when i go to save it i get error message:- Run Time Error '53' File Not Found: JPGUtils.dll. Can anyone please help or point out where i'm going wrong.cheers!!

do you have Norton AV? if so check the quarantine file and see if it's there.

it is the utility that converts jpgs to bmps for logonstudio.
tell norton to leave it alone.
