Litestep%windowblinds

I just got litestep and found a nice skin. Or shell or what ever it is. Before that i used windowblinds and got pretty dark skin. But now my computer and folder skins are original windows skins. So can i use litestep and windowblinds at the same time? If not, how can i change my computer skin with litestep?

Citizen oizooo  Litestep and Windowblinds are two entirely different things. One is quite safe to use...the other [Litestep] is a shell replacement program which has the potential to really confuse a newcomer at best and ruin his system at worst.

It is imperative that you read and learn about what a shell is, and what it does, before playing with the idea of changing it.

It is not 'just' a skin...or a 'pretty picture'...it is an interface to your OS...which can be quite alien to the 'normal' windows interface [GUI] called 'Explorer'.

My advice would be to purchase Windoblinds....enjoy its function and appearance...on the 'normal' shell...and study some more [think google] on alternate shells....

The folder icons aren't changed by other program. You need something like IconPackager for that.

I ran into that with LS.

Jafo explained that IconPackager can't change all the Explorer icons when Explorer has been replaced. ....or something like that.
