Sorry to jack the GalCiv 2 threads to talk about MOO3, but let's face it, it's not exactly competition these days is it?

I was wondering if you have a list of fan mods that make MOO3 into that 7/10 game that you mentioned. I was heavily involved with MOO3, and perhaps one of the most sorely disappointed when it eventually came out (well, I had the betas, all the way from the "alphas", and I knew it was going to be rough going, but I still had hope). Anyway, maybe others are curious as well, while we wait for GalCiv 2...

Sorry for it taking such a long time for me to hit this reply (I only found it when I googled my username "Glavius" and found this) Anyway some of the mods you can use are avilable at http://www.moo3.at/

Youve got two choices you can go the "Unoffical patch" route which does a good job of making moo3 very playable or you can update to the latest version (the newest quicksilver patch) and then install youre own mods.

I've been using the unoffical patch now for some months and it seems to use the best of the mods out there to make moo3 playable. Although diplomacy still doesnt work right in my oppinion (Why would an ally off and go and declare war on you for no reason?).
