Start Menu proble

Hey I download WindowBlinds and a few other progs yesterday, but I have having some trouble with my WindowBlinds themes. The Start Menu does not get updated on any of my themes. The "Windows XP Professional" little side thing is still there, and the little pictures next to every option are still there (ie: key icon next to logoff, and the other pictures). I know the start menu is supposed to totally change (I am using Encoded theme), but the only thing that is different about my start menu now than before is the highlighting when I hover an option, but it looks really bad since it is covered by the pictures...
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

SOunds like you're using the Classic Start menu...... that can't be skinned. Open the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog > Start Menu tab, and choose Start Menu (instead of 'Classic')
