Icons are all corrupt

Tried several things, including deleting iconcache

I own the Object Desktop Suit and everything worked great, then I uninstalled it all. Afterword the majority of my icons are broken. Even if I give manually set the icon. it doesn't work, next reboot its broken again.

I've tried:

Using IconPackager Rebuild Icon cache and Image cache. I have also deleted the iconcache file in Windows. Still no luck. When new programs are installed, they don't retain their icons at all.

As you can see below, I'm running Windows XP Professional.

Hmmmm... that's really odd because as the the last 2 weeks I suddenly ran into the same problem. I am running Windows XP Home Edition, though. My problems arose after I ran Stardock Central, and updated my files. Now, I can't get Icon Packager to work, either. I was going to ask for suggestion to solve the problem today, when I seen your post. I tried unstalling it and re-installing it and everything... but it doesn't work for some reason. Please help us... someone.
