how to use winblinds visual style

I downloaded many visual style from xpthemes.com i don`t know how to use it . Please help me and give me full instruction how use it .
Is Stylexp handle it?

Do you have Windowblinds? If you do, you can just click on the .msstyles file and Windowblinds will import it as a .wba file and install it.
